Returning an item and costs
Hi. I bought an item from Germany. I was having second thoughts about the purchase. The seller accepts returns. The package hasn’t been delivered, but it’s waiting at a pickup point. Please advise whether it would be better to pick it up and return it, or just not accept it? Are there any additional costs for not picking up the package?

·1 year agoIf you don't pick it up, the package will go back to the seller, who will have to buy it back by paying the shipping cost. Either you won't get a refund at all, or you'll get an amount reduced by the shipping both ways.
if you pick it up, you'll send it back at your own expense and receive a refund.
my advice: pick it up, open a dispute on eBay
