Such a problem..
I bought a webcam from a seller in China, and it turned out to be defective. So I decided to return it - shipping at the seller's expense, due to the reason for the return. Now the seller is replying that for the location Poland he does not offer a return label. I know that on eBay there is also something like reimbursement of return shipping costs, which the buyer arranges themselves. But what does the procedure for such reimbursement look like? So far I haven't seen the details of how it works anywhere on eBay. Am I supposed to go to the post office, get a shipping estimate, and then present those costs to the seller for approval? And only after they approve it, do I send the item and they will "somehow" reimburse me? And how will this reimbursement be made? To the card I previously used to pay for the purchase?

·1 year agoDon’t count on the seller. There’s no help from eBay in this respect. Ebay only provides domestic labels. International ones should be provided by the seller by buying a label at the buyer’s post office, but there’s no mechanism to make them do it. EBay waits for delivery before refunding the money. Otherwise you won’t get a refund.
