eBay return

Hi, I have a question for you.

I opened an eBay dispute, the case was decided in my favor, and I sent the item back. Yesterday eBay supposedly sent me a refund. On PayPal it says the money came in, and similarly in the banking app I have a transfer from eBay, but the money hasn’t been credited, the balance is unchanged. Is that normal?

It may take about 5 days before it arrives
