I was scammed by eBay

I bought a machine at an auction that lasted 14 days, and I bid a fairly high amount. After winning the auction, I received emails from the user's account from whom I bought the machine, with the account number for the money transfer for the purchase. The user's account did not arouse suspicion and had a dozen or so positive reviews. After providing the account number for the transfer again, and then making sure I had transferred the money, the seller stopped responding and I reported the matter to eBay, to which eBay replied: -" We had to remove this auction from the site and you do not need to complete this transaction. If you have already sent the payment, the sale should go through normally and there is nothing to worry about." - a huge joke!!!!
and that's where the problem started, I did not receive the purchased machine, the bank did not refund my money - because the transfer was completed - and Ms.

The listing was posted by an unauthorized person who gained access to the seller's eBay member account. This was only discovered after the purchase had already been made by you or after the listing had run its regular course.
Since eBay has concrete indications that the listing was posted with fraudulent intent, it was removed by eBay and we strongly recommend that you do not pay the purchase price for this item. No valid purchase contract was formed between you and the purported seller.
Please understand that we are not allowed to give you legal advice. eBay employees are not permitted to provide legal information; in Germany, this may only be provided by licensed attorneys or legal advice centers.
This basically means that even though I was cheated through eBay, they don't give a damn about me, and it would be best if I just f--- off.
eBay, without looking for the scammer and without demanding that he repair the damage, is a participant in such operations, and it is not known whether it is not exactly employees of this service who are not taking such actions.
I warn everyone against using this service and especially against paying for goods purchased on this site, because you will get no support from eBay.
Tell your friends on other forums, I am also starting a warning campaign against eBay, because I lost a lot of money

·4 years agoI was also scammed on ebay.de. The scammer sent me an item that didn't match the description, which was fake, and ebay.de didn't refund me. They openly scam people. AVOID EBAY.DE
