Shopping on eBay.uk package delivered to the neighbor
Hi. I have a problem with a package. The problem is that while sitting in PL, I order to my cousin's address in the UK. So far there hasn't been a problem, now the package, according to tracking, went to her neighbor. The problem is that she is afraid of this neighbor because he is a strange man. How can I get the package back or the money now. Is there any chance?

·2 years agoFirst, try contacting the courier company that delivered the package. You may be able to explain the situation somehow and ask for the package to be redirected or recovered.
If that doesn’t help, it might be worth contacting the company you ordered the item from? Maybe they’ll also be able to help or offer a refund.

·2 years agoI had a similar accident. Different street, but the same house number. We knocked on a stranger's door and it turned out it was too late. The residents realized the mistake and took the package back to the post office.
Why strange? I advise my cousin to go to the neighbor accompanied by a friend. It may turn out that he was just about to knock on her door....
