Setting up a business account

Good morning.
I set up a business account on eBay. Every so often I get a message @ asking me to fill in missing details: bank account (statement required)
company beneficiary details
company registration number.
I fill this in, and after a few days I get the same @ again asking me to complete it.
I’m a VAT payer registered in the European system and I’d like it not to charge me VAT when I buy from another company in the EU.
Support has stopped responding.
Any tips?
