Missing package

Question

I bought a package from a lady from England to Poland. The lady sent the package correctly in January, it arrived at the international warehouse, they were supposed to assign a shipment number and send it on to me, but it arrived at the warehouse and then nothing. Neither I nor the seller know who to contact next or what to do?

Open a dispute on eBay if it’s not too late yet. You can always close it, and it’s one of the better ways to get eBay to look into the package they lost in their system.
