Good morning,
Is it possible that additional customs duty has been charged? I received a message today from DHL about a fee, but it doesn’t seem real to me because the email address is definitely different from the one listed on their website. I contacted the seller, but for now there’s been no response. They have very good reviews, so I didn’t notice any problem. check the sender's email address, sometimes scammers use similar addresses that look real. maybe this isn't a message from DHL at all? contact DHL directly too, on their official website you'll find contact information and ask for confirmation of the charges, if they really exist.
