Shipped package and refund granted to the buyer

Hi, I bought a bike from the UK , the guy delayed shipping it, for quite a long time, 3 weeks, and gave me a fake tracking code, the eBay shipping deadline passed, I opened a case for a refund, eBay granted me the refund and I'm waiting for the transfer, and the seller shipped me the bike after the deadline, after eBay had already ruled in my favor.

What will happen if I accept the package?

The bike will be yours. Check it and if it’s OK then you’ll be able to pay.
