I was charged customs duties and VAT twice.
I wrote to eBay about a refund. Since 24.11.2021 they keep promising me that in a moment I'll get the refund to PayPal.
Every now and then I remind them, but now they’ve stopped replying.
It’s not a huge amount, about 150 zł, but still something.
Where else can I report this? What should I do to get it back?

·3 years agoI’d write to eBay that if they don’t resolve your issue by x, the consumer protection office/consumer ombudsman will get involved in the dispute.
