After receiving the package, it turned out that the binoculars are miscollimated and have optical defects that make them unusable.
The seller refused to refund my money in exchange for returning the defective item.
PayPal resolved the dispute in the seller’s favor and closed it.
eBay closed the return option when I filed the dispute in PayPal.
What should I do? I lost 180 euros, I have nowhere left to appeal.
I paid through PayPal topped up by bank transfer (no card).
