The seller claims that eBay suspended her account and she didn't get the money. Can I get a refund somehow?

Hello, the seller claims that eBay has suspended her account and she hasn't received my money, so she has no way to send the package. Can I somehow get a refund without her confirmation, or will eBay give me my money back after a certain number of days if the person doesn't send me the package? If so, after how many? Please for answers or advice

Open a dispute on eBay saying you didn't receive the parcel and you'll get a refund.

That's the only way. Nothing will happen automatically.
