"the seller sent you a private offer" - Doesn't work
Hello.
Sometimes I get a message saying "the seller sent you a private offer". That is, a lower promotional price for an item. I click check offer and nothing. It has never worked. Yesterday I added an item to my watched list, and after 5 seconds a message came through about a special price. I clicked right away and again nothing. The price was the same as before. Zero discount. Does anyone know how to fix it?
