First purchase on eBay, goods from the USA, need help

Good morning
Could anyone here help or point me to where I can find help related to buying goods from the United States on eBay?
1. What do I need to set up and is a foreign currency account required. 2.Where can I find shipping costs.
3. What about tax/customs duty? From what purchase amount will I incur additional costs.
4. Since I managed to find hard-to-get perfumes, I would like to buy up to 10 packages for my own use, but will this not be treated as a wholesale purchase, and if so, what would the costs be then.
Please help and thank you in advance for your reply.

You don’t need a currency account, just a credit card. The card will convert the currency.
At the border they may charge VAT
and customs duty. Up to 150 euros they don’t charge customs duty, and above that according to the customs tariff as published on the Ministry of Finance website.
It may come to about 5%. If it turns out the perfumes are counterfeit, they will destroy them at the border with no right to compensation.
10 packages will be treated as a quantity intended for commercial purposes.
You can contact the local customs chamber if you manage to get through.
The shipping cost is listed on the page with the item for sale
