Hello, I’m planning to buy this product - https://www.ebay.com/itm/333867995348?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20230919140214%26meid%3D0adddea0cade486bb26d1f46e69ec89a%26pid%3D101848%26rk%3D4%26rkt%3D10%26sd%3D265989533170%26itm%3D333867995348%26pmt%3D0%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D3458402%26brand%3DCustom&_trksid=p3458402.c101848.m1234
I’d like to ask what additional costs I need to prepare for? Is there any sensible way to calculate this? How much will customs duty and VAT be in this case? Will someone contact me to collect this amount?

OP1 year agoExactly in this case eBay doesn’t add any fees because the seller only offers FedEx International Economy shipping, can I somehow calculate the customs duty and VAT myself, since the price is $170 how much extra will I have to pay? roughly +/- , thanks in advance

·1 year agoYou’ll pay 23% VAT either collected by eBay or at the border, or both.

·1 year agoThere is no customs duty up to 150 euro (and above that it may be 1 - 2%), but eBay will add VAT at checkout. It may happen that they charge VAT again at the border. In that case, eBay will refund the VAT collected upon presentation of the receipt. The post office may charge a few zlotys
