package from Germany
Lately I bought one thing from Germany, which was sent on 4.10 and on the German post office website since 9.10 has had the status that it arrived in the destination country; on our website there is almost no information about this package and at the post office, of course, they say that there is no such package in Poland. Should I start worrying, or does this kind of thing happen often?

·2 years agoBetter to use the services of www.Adres-Znajomego.pl. This is a company that makes it possible to save on shipping when shopping on ebay.de and not only there.

My package also disappeared (got stuck) in Germany and I guess I won't mess around, I'm filing a claim with PayPal, two weeks and nothing, I'm filing a complaint with the CC operator.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if the Hansas were stealing them.
There's no point messing around here, report it to PayPay, ask for a refund, and if there's no response then after a dozen or so days go to the credit card operator and demand a chargeback (i.e. cancellation of the transaction).

·2 years agoReporting it to PayPal is probably the best idea, but it’s also good that you’re thinking about contacting the credit card issuer. It might be worth trying both options, because the more pressure, the better.
