Which do you think is the more practical solution? Tiles or maybe laminate flooring? I'm wondering what to put down on the floor at home

·1 year agoI have the whole lower floor of the house in vinyl. The guest bathroom has tiles. Vinyl without a threshold expansion joint because that’s what we chose, and it beautifully unifies the whole downstairs. In winter it’s warm because of the underfloor heating, and in summer it’s just fine. As for the two bathrooms, tiles are okay only when they’re heated. For me, tiles throughout the whole house would be too cold and unpleasant.
For the bathroom I recommend tiles in a white shade:

Contrary to appearances, white is very practical 🙂
