Hello. I’m asking for help — I won an auction from a German user (a phone). A package arrived to me that was empty:/ the seller claims that someone at DHL must have stolen the phone. Of course, I made the payment through eBay, specifically Apple Pay. I’d appreciate any advice on what I can do to get my money back.

·2 years agoOpen a dispute on eBay that the contents do not match the description. eBay should refund the money, but if you have to send it back, then send it back just as you received it, that is, an empty package. With tracking number, of course.
