I bought a shirt for 300 zł that was supposed to be vintage, and the only message I got from the seller was that he had commissioned its production... 😄 I waited almost 3 months for delivery even though it was supposed to take 2, and when I wrote to him he said it had got stuck at the border. So I waited patiently, and then after another month I decided I wanted a refund. And of course he doesn't reply. I can't even leave him a negative review because there's no button for that anywhere...
I can't report it to eBay because according to them the product was delivered since the time to report it has already passed (a week earlier), and now I can't do anything because their system doesn't account for such a situation.
What should I do?

·1 year agoToo late, you probably can't do anything about it unless you paid by card or PayPal, then I think you can dispute it for up to 180 days
