New, empty seller account blocked
Summary: nowydam reports an issue with a new, empty seller account that has been blocked.
I run a business selling on other sales platforms in PL. I created a new business account here to expand my operations. I provided all the necessary company details, everything went smoothly. I left that account alone for just under two weeks, did absolutely nothing on it, and yesterday I got a message saying the account had been permanently blocked due to violating security rules. When I asked support which rules were involved, I got an answer that they can’t tell me which ones and that the account will remain closed. Every reply from them sounds the same, like it was generated by AI with no specifics at all. Has anyone else had this problem? Please help!!
