Broken contact form
Summary: grob8206 reports a problem with a non-working contact form, and guangxi_hone and 2010artma try to provide support. The exchange of messages indicates an ongoing attempt to solve the problem, although the details of the replies are not available.
I'm trying to get through to customer support; the only option is "email," which means filling out a form on the site. Unfortunately, even though I checked the option to receive a copy of my inquiry by email, I got nothing, and for 3 days I haven't received any reply to my message either, which makes me start to suspect that the form doesn't actually work and the messages aren't going anywhere (despite the fact that after "sending" a message appears saying "Your message has been sent to eBay Customer Support. You should receive a response within 24-48 hours."). I tried a second time and still didn't get a confirmation.
From what I understand, this is the only way to contact them in Poland? The problem I have is eBay's fault (they didn't fill out the documents correctly, which meant I had to pay VAT twice (when ordering and on delivery) and not the seller's, so there's no point in sending them a message (the shipment was through eBay International Shipping).
Does anyone have any idea how to contact them before I have to take legal action?
