I can’t return the item because after adding the reason and description, the final button is greyed out.

Time is running out and there are 30 days, but now it’s only until the 22nd of this month. This is on English Ebay. Description as in the subject - when I go into purchase history, find the item and click "Return Item" I get a choice of return reason options - I choose "Item is defective", then I add a description, but in the end the "Confirm return" button is greyed out. I tried other ways to start this return, but they all lead to the same place. Please help somehow - the seller has been informed that I want to return the purchased item.
