I can't pay the import duty

Hello, I bought an item on eBay from the US and got a message from DHL that import duty had been charged, but when I click the link to the payment page, the page opens and only says "not found" and because of that I can't make the payment. I wrote about this to DHL e-commerce Poland, but I got a message telling me to contact the sender of the shipment, the company, or the service where the order was placed and that the shipment is not handled by DHL eCommerce Poland. So I did that, I wrote to the seller, and he replied that "I have no idea - please contact eBay - I use their international shipping services" so I did that, I wrote to eBay and am waiting for a reply. I also wrote to DHL e-commerce America, but I haven't received any reply yet. Please help, what can I do in such a situation? Or rather, what should I do in such a situation?
