I can't bid - submit an offer

hey I can't bid - make offers.why? I have a message that I have unpaid items, but after all for up to 5 days (sometimes 7 if the seller sets it that way) I don't have to pay for them right away....

Regardless of the seller, eBay expects payment within 3 days. In your case, due to the delay in paying for several auctions, the system “marked” you as a potential non-payer. It’s automatic. Once you pay, they’ll unblock you.
