I want to buy 61 items on Italian EBAY.
After putting them in the cart, I can see the added items, but after going to the payment page
I can only see 41 items and I can only buy that many (you can see this in the attachment). It looks as if a limit had been set on the ability to buy only 41 items. I checked this by removing from the cart the item that was on the payment page, and the next one from the cart took its place.
This is the first problem; the second is that shipping costs are added to each item and at different amounts (0.2 EURO, 1.35 euro and 7.1 EURO), from three different shippers, even though the seller declares shipping at one price for the whole order.

The Italian has 9,346 reviews and has been on EBAY since 2011, but claims he doesn't know how to solve this.
He suggests paying into his bank account in an Italian bank, but that doesn't suit me because then I would lose all protection. I write to him through Google Translate and there is no result.
Please advise how he should set up his account so that I can pay for all my items and, second, so that shipping cost is calculated once for all items?

·2 years agoSend him a request for a combined bill. There should be a button somewhere to do that. The seller has the option to give a discount then.

It's on eBay.com, not on the Polish one.
Is it on the one where you're buying?
Log in to eBay.com and buy from there.

OP2 years agoI bought on EBAY co.uk. There I added 54 items and sent a request for the total amount.
I don't know what will happen next, and I see another problem; all the items are in the cart, and the confirmation of the request sent covers all the items. After going to the payment page, only one item out of those 54 in the cart is visible, and the amount to pay is only for that single item.
