Hey, yesterday I accidentally clicked buy now, but I backed out right away. I got an email saying I need to complete the purchase. Can they charge any fees or block my account for clicking buy now? Thanks

No, they can’t. If you did that often, even just very often, you’d get a warning and eventually a ban.
