Shipping cost from New York, USA, from a private seller

Hello, I would like to find out whether the shipping cost from the USA, New York, from a private seller stated by eBay is 100% accurate, or whether I should expect to have to pay any additional charges on my side upon delivery. This question came to mind because when I created my account on eBay and entered my place of residence, in the state/province box I only had American states to choose from in the list. Later, after I had already logged in to eBay, I manually entered my voivodeship in the place where the American state was, but I had trouble with that too because when I entered it the first time and after a few other attempts, the voivodeship was not saved, and only when I accidentally entered a comma in the phone number box and deleted it, and then entered my voivodeship again, everything was saved. And now I don't know whether eBay is showing me the amount I have to pay for shipping, appropriate for my postal code/voivodeship, or whether it is showing me the amount for shipping to California, which I initially selected from the list because I had no choice. Please respond quickly because there are 10 hours left until the end of the auction.

·2 years agoI don't really understand. What does the address look like? Which country? I know that the country can't be changed from the one where you're registered
You will get it according to the address given on eBay, to which the shipment will be sent, so, I understand, to California.

OP2 years agoI forgot to mention that the shipment is supposed to go to Poland, more specifically to the Lublin Voivodeship. Choosing the country wasn’t a problem. Poland was on the list that came up for me. Only instead of Polish voivodeships, in the state/province box I could choose only American states. So the question is whether the amount eBay gives me is the real shipping price to Poland, or maybe eBay doesn’t know what to put and is giving me the shipping price to California because the Polish voivodeship wasn’t on the list.
In the "Shipping, returns and payments" box in the listing it says:

US $21.38 (about 88.55 PLN)

Customs duty US $0.00 (about 0.00 PLN)

The only thing eBay shows that matches reality is the customs duty. From what I’ve read, shipments over 150 euros are subject to customs clearance. In case you were wondering what I’m ordering, it’s a PC game. It costs 62.17 PLN

·2 years agoThis is definitely a fee to Poland.
This is indicated by: "eBay International Shopping" (should be "shipping").
After the transaction, at checkout, border fees will be added.
There won’t actually be customs duty because the total is less than 150 euros, but VAT will be added.
