A few weeks ago I sold two items on ebay.com (as a private individual). I had some odd billing, including payout blocking. I decided to contact ebay.com customer support to get additional information.
Two options appeared: chat or a phone call. I used the chat and everything was explained.
My question: has any of you managed to speak by phone with ebay.pl support?
Does a Polish customer support service even exist?

·1 month agoHello. My Google account is already linked to another eBay account. I receive the error "Link already exists for linked identity". I cannot unlink it myself. Could you please remove the Google link so I can connect it to my current eBay account? Thank you.
I haven't made any purchases on this account, and that's the one I'm talking about.*

·8 months agoPlease unblock the purchasing option on my account, you blocked it because I paid the customer on delivery, as they specified in the listing. Regards

From what I've noticed, contact is only by email, a generic reply after 24h along the lines of read the article, link to the article and bye.
