Why can’t I return a (defective) item without the seller’s consent, even though the auction description says something like this:

·2 years agoOpen a dispute on eBay saying it’s not as described. They’ll give you a label if it’s a domestic purchase, and if it’s international they’ll send you a return label at your own expense. The seller will refund the full amount
