how to accept an offer from a seller

Hello,

I asked the seller to change the item's price and I received information that the seller lowered the price and that I should accept their offer. When I click this info, the auction opens with the old price. What's going on here? How am I supposed to accept this offer?

For me, "ebay.pl" doesn't work either. That's why, despite the price drops, I never bought anything. I don't feel like creating ebay.com, ebay.fr, ebay.de for myself. I think eBay's digital overseers should do some work for Polish customers.

You don't have to, and even if you wanted to, you can't create an account on a different eBay than your native one, or more precisely, the one where your home address is... what Crazypaulinka is writing about above is the difference in how the software works depending on the eBay portal. The eBay software was created in the USA and works best there. It also has its own “bugs” but it's the original and that's where they make fixes.

It’s about deadlines (!) meaning how much time the seller gave you to accept

or you go in, for example, through ebay.pl where "Best Offert" doesn’t work - go to ebay.com or co.uk

U mine it doesn't work on .com. The discounts come through but I can't use them. Please fix this.
