I would like to combine the shipping costs of two items from one seller. They assure that they provide such an option in the settings. The Ebay service does not allow me to do this.

·5 months agoAdjustment should be made during payment if the seller has it set up that way. Either they set it up wrong or didn’t set it up at all. There’s nothing you can do, the seller should. If they set it up wrong, nothing will change now anyway. As a seller, in such a situation, I refund the difference to the buyer.
Suggest that way out of the situation to him.
If, however, he’s dishonest and doesn’t keep his word within, say, a few days, then all you can do is first hint at it and then leave negative feedback. It often helps…
