How do I give the money back to the seller for a doll that arrived to me later than I got the refund?
I bought a doll from the seller, the doll did not arrive for a long time, so I reported the issue to eBay, I received an immediate refund, after a long time the doll finally arrived, the child immediately started playing with it, I keep writing to the seller that I will not send the doll back and asking him to write how I should return the money, but my requests remain unresolved because the seller keeps writing to send the doll back

·2 years agoI don't know what it looks like now, because there have been some changes on eBay, but I had a similar situation some time ago... I bought in England and the shipment didn't arrive either, I waited until the last moment, the seller refunded the money... and then suddenly, unexpectedly, it was delivered half a year later.
At the time I sent the money to the seller via PayPal, choosing payment for the auction, the title and auction number... I don't remember exactly anymore, anyway PayPal found that item...

Is his email in the package? Then send it through PayPal to that email.
If it’s someone from Poland, then send a money order to the address.
