How to buy from the UK.

Hello. I want to buy an item from eBay UK, I click "buy now" and a table appears where you have to enter shipping details. When I enter Poland and the street, everything disappears and "country UK" lights up — it is impossible to get past this. Is the reason that the UK left the European Union? Please help.
