eBay shopping invoice
I have a question: has anyone managed to get an invoice from eBay? I made a purchase for my company, but after delivery I can’t enter it into the company system because it was delivered without any documents.

·1 year agoI managed to get an invoice twice from eBay for purchases from China. I thought this was standard with a business account, but for one of those transactions I didn’t get an invoice. I sent a question about this to eBay - for two months now I haven’t received a reply from them.

·1 year agoeBay will not issue an invoice because in the transaction details or in the report there is all the information concerning all transactions from the last 2 years.
Some sellers, shops include an invoice with the shipment, but often it is incomplete information.
