eBay scammers? please help

Hello. A few days ago I sold an industrial label printer that was 100 percent working. Unfortunately, the buyer damaged the device, claiming that he received damaged goods, and during the case ebay is demanding that I refund the money for goods damaged by the buyer. The cost is almost 1000 euros. I have been on ebay for over 12 years and have 100 percent positive feedback. I always describe every item honestly and in accordance with its actual condition. On top of that, the device I sold, according to ebay's rules, is not returnable (industrial machinery), which ebay does not enforce and is violating its own terms. Do you know of any company that would take on the fight against unfair practices carried out on the sales portal ebay? I can send more information by e-mail. I am not a scammer and I have never in my life listed any item that was not as described. Please help if you have dealt with a similar case. I will send the entire communication with ebay to interested parties at the e-mail address. Sorry for the grammar, but the nerves I am dealing with are impossible to control. I haven't slept for several days, I am depressed that after so many years I have been unfairly accused of fraud. Please help.
