eBay didn't send me a refund for shipping costs
I bought 2 items from one seller in the USA in two different auctions. When sending the two packages, the seller informed me that I would receive a partial refund, because the shipping ended up being cheaper. eBay confirmed that I would receive a refund equivalent to 12 dollars. I received this information from eBay on August 26, and I was supposed to receive the money within 3-5 days. Unfortunately, it hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

OP1 year agoI don’t agree with @guangxi_hone’s suggestion. I’m attaching a screenshot, which clearly shows that a refund was sent. So the fault lies with eBay.

·1 year agoContact the seller because it is he and only he who can make the return, not eBay. The return is made through eBay but must be initiated by the seller.
