Why can’t you make a purchase in the eBay app, only add it to Watchlist?

I’ve already gotten information from a few potential buyers that they can’t buy anything from me because the only available option is to add to Favorites. I checked it myself and indeed I had no way to buy from myself, only Favorites. In searches for other items, the message appears: "The seller has no offers available in your location," which is a bit funny, but it doesn’t change the fact that it’s blocking sales. In the browser everything is fine, shipping is set to worldwide with no restrictions.
Maybe someone has encountered this situation and knows the reason/solution.
