Why does eBay allow scams by sellers
I'm taking part in an auction on ebay.com. I decided to bid with shipping costs included. The shipping cost was $ 28 during the auction, but the seller changed the delivery cost to $46 before the auction ended. This is plain fraud and unlawful behavior. Why does ebay allow this kind of practice? Of course, I'm not going to pay.
