Customs duty for records from Japan

Hello!
Recently I bought used records from Japan from two different sellers.
From the first one I bought 8 singles (it was one auction, where all of them were listed, not 8 separate ones) and I paid $39.99 + $0 shipping. The singles were used.
From the second one I bought 4 singles (this was also one auction) and I paid $22 + $0 shipping. The singles were new.
These were my first purchases through eBay from Japan and I’d like to find out whether I’ll be hit with customs duty and VAT, and how much it will cost me. I should mention that these are 2 different shipments, from different sellers.
I’ve already read many articles, but the information there is contradictory, so I hope someone here can help me.

·13 years agotheoretically you won't pay anything, because it doesn't exceed the upper limit of 150 €, but in practice it depends on the customs officer checking it
no one will write you exactly how much, ask the source best Informacja.Celna@mofnet.gov.pl

·1 year agoFor used vinyl records imported from Japan to Poland, classified under CN code 8523 80 10 (sound carriers – gramophone records), the basic customs duty rate is 0%, thanks to the Economic Partnership Agreement between the EU and Japan.
If, however, you do not provide documentation confirming the origin of the goods, standard customs rates may apply. In that case, it is 3.2%.
