Hi, I want to buy a figurine from American eBay that costs 559 PLN plus shipping via the eBay Global Shipping Program, 172 PLN. In total, it comes to over 700 PLN, and for that reason I have three questions for you. My first question is whether the customs declaration lists only the item cost, meaning 559 PLN, or whether the shipping cost is included as well? Second, is VAT already included in the item price on eBay? And my last question: the listing says the customs duty is 0 PLN, does that mean I won't pay either VAT or customs duty? I just don't know how it is with the customs declaration, because if they list the item cost plus shipping, that comes out to over 150 euros when converted, and then there will be customs duty.
