Customs duty 0 zł

Hey, I want to buy a collectible doll from eBay USA for 1000 PLN. eBay adds VAT, but what does the situation with customs duty look like? In the listing I want to buy, there’s a customs duty field of 0 PLN, so there won’t be any duty charged once it arrives in the EU? Thanks

No, they won’t charge customs duty at the border, but they may charge VAT again. If they do, you should present the receipt to eBay and eBay will refund the VAT charged
