No refund

Good morning. I bought an item in the USA and unfortunately it never left the States. The seller sent it to the eBay center in IL and there it disappeared without a trace. After contacting the seller, I reported to eBay that the item never reached me. After some time I received a message that I had been granted a full refund, which should be returned within 48 hours. Unfortunately, the second week is passing and there is still no money. I paid through PayPal, I didn't enter my card details anywhere. Could that be why they can't refund me? I would be grateful for any advice.

·2 years agoIf you didn’t have a balance on PayPal, then PayPal took the money from the card linked there or from the bank account.
It will be refunded to the account there within a week, and to the card later
