No proof of purchase

A few days ago I bought an item as an unregistered user and paid in advance through eBay, charging my card. To this day I haven't received any confirmation email saying that the transaction went through and that I paid for the item. I don't have the auction number, nothing. eBay of course doesn't reply to emails. I don't know whether the seller got my money or not. In a word, I know nothing, I didn't save anything because I was sure that in a few minutes I'd get an email confirming the purchase And how do I get out of this ??
I only have my email and the payment number in my bank account

·1 year agohi, I’m jumping in too, it also got taken from my account, but I don’t have a confirmation email and I also have nothing on eBay, because at that moment my phone was freezing and the money left my account

·3 years agoGo to "My eBay", "Purchases," and that transaction should be there. Incidentally, the email from eBay may be in spam, but it's definitely in eBay messages under "My eBay".
