For some time now, whenever I try to bid on anything, I keep getting a message that says: "Problem with the offer. Attention buyer! This action could not be completed at this time.{e263515-1266248x}"
Is the problem completely unsolvable, or does this mean that the account has been permanently blocked?

·1 year agoNo, the account is not blocked. Clear internet files and cookies. Try on other auctions, on other portals
