I have a problem because eBay has blocked my ability to place best offers, saying that I haven't paid for 10 items over a 12-month period. The thing is, I've had the account for 9 years, and I didn't pay for one item because I'm on vacation and I asked the seller to wait, but they didn't listen. Now contacting support is a total failure — one reply every 36 hours in a blah blah blah style and the conversation ends, no concrete approach to the issue. They say I have to pay the overdue auctions, except I don't have any. Has anyone come across this problem, or maybe knows how long such a block will last?
