Account blocked by eBay - unable to bid
For some time now, eBay has been randomly blocking buyer accounts, thereby preventing bidding. When trying to bid, the message appears: "Problem with bid Attention buyer This action could not be completed at this time.{e263724-1267662x}". The problem is completely unsolvable, and even eBay itself can't do anything about it.
