I'm taking part in an auction - what am I doing wrong?

I have been an eBay user for many years. This year I have already been hit a few times by “surprises.” eBay blocked my account for several days, informing me that I had violated the rules regarding the way of bidding. I have no idea what this is about! I contacted eBay and in a conversation with an agent I did not get any understandable information. The agent kept repeating like a mantra that he could not provide me with any data. So was I blocked “at their discretion”? I have some suspicions, which is why I’m posting below a picture from part of another auction. Pay attention to the bidder with the nickname 2***6 (2245). This person bids repeatedly, trying to discover the maximum price offered at a given moment for the item - I do exactly the same! Is this prohibited? Nowhere in eBay’s terms and conditions did I find any information about the bidding method, and I still do not understand what would be wrong with it. Has anyone encountered such a problem?
