Hello, I ordered a certain replacement part for a phone and the shipment got stuck. It was supposed to be with me on August 4; it is already August 14 and the shipment status has not changed. For now I do not want to contact the seller about this because I do not want to create unnecessary confusion. According to the information provided by eBay

I have the shipment number UPAAH and when I enter this number on parcelsapp.com, I read "B2C Clearance 4. Customs Import cleared" and "B2C ClearanceStatus4" Why did the shipment get stuck? Has anyone had a similar problem?

·3 years agoThe procedure is simple: open a dispute on eBay saying you did not receive the shipment.
You won’t make a fuss. This is completely normal procedure.
