Hello everyone. Yesterday I won an auction on eBay. The next day it turned out that this item does not have the function I wanted, and I decided to message the seller to ask whether the purchase could be cancelled. I have not paid for the item yet. The seller replied to me, and I quote, 'please send a cancellation request via eBay'. I couldn't find any such option to cancel the purchase anywhere. I went into the purchase history and there was no option anywhere. I use the ebay app on Android, and I also logged in through the regular website, and I couldn't find any cancellation option anywhere. Maybe someone could help me with what I should do next. I wouldn't want any problems because of this and I would like to resolve it. Best regards.
