After a positive comment, return???
Hello, I am the seller. After receiving the package, the buyer stated in a comment that everything was fine, and then after a few days said that he wants to return the item. eBay is ordering me to refund the money, where is the fairness in that?? The item - the watch was working properly after service. Most likely the buyer's improper handling caused the problem. Please advise me on what to do next.

·2 years agoYou have no choice. Demand a refund for the watch. Once you receive it, you will make the return, and if not, eBay will do it. Sorry, but that’s the process.
